Description:
Production Sciences, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our specialized manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the final visual inspection of medical dip-molded components. You will ensure that every part meets our rigorous ISO 9001:2015 standards and specific client blueprints by identifying minute defects. As a critical link in our medical production line, your work directly impacts the safety and reliability of essential healthcare equipment.
Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive, high-precision visual inspections for extended periods.
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints and use basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers).
Compliance: Strong understanding of cleanliness protocols and the ability to strictly follow documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Preferred:
Previous experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a laboratory setting.
